Our square-top container is a real alternative to a separate tray, film and carton pack for frozen foods, in particular for frozen convenience foods which is a rapidly growing sector.

With full food contact approval the containers can be filled, frozen, distributed and then reheated in the microwave without the need for extra packaging materials.

With a barrier capable of withstanding -40 C to + 200C, as well as an excellent grease barrier, the pack is ideal for noodle and pasta take-home meals.

The same process also offers round containers that can be filled then baked in the pack either at home or before foodservice distribution. No additional trays, sleeves or cartons required!

For high volume requirements we have arrangements with machinery suppliers to sell or rent equipment to seal and/or close the containers quickly without the expense of hand-packing operations.
